Our Apple Soda has the taste of fresh pressed cider. It is lightly carbonated, light, sweet, astringent, packing a strong apple flavor. Made from a blend of NW cider apples, all varieties praised for complex flavors not found in eating apples.

The apples in our soda are grown in Scio and Sauvies Island, Oregon. Both these farms blend an average of 17 different varieties! This makes a delicious and broad-ranging flavor profile.

Our chef recommends trying Apple Soda with cheese, especially camenbert, brie, Pierre Robert, any triple cream cheese will be fabulous with this soda. Also great with roasted hazelnuts or marcona almonds, and as an accompaniment to composed salads with grapes! Imagine that!

Apple Soda with gin is good. Brandy is lovely, aromatic, a lively and formidable companion as the Apple can be paired with strong-flavored spirits.

 

Ingredients: Carbonated water, Northwest apples, cane sugar, organic lemon juice. Nutrition Facts: Each bottle contains: 0 Fat; 50mg Sodium; 34g Carbohydrates; 0 Protein. And Percent Daily Values of: 4% Vitamin C; 2% Calcium; 2% Iron. Contains apple pulp.

    A mi me gusta la manzana. No tiene mucha gas, tampoco es muy dulce. Me gusta tomarlo solo con hielo.

    Apple makes a great margarita. I like it best because it’s sweet and without seeds or pulp makes a perfect cocktail.
