Boysenberry
Boysenberry is a thick and pulpy soda with gigantic flavor. Fans exclaim, ambrosia!, for its velvety, rich texture and absolute berry taste experience. At once delicately sweet and very deep in flavor, the boysenberry is easy to love. The sweet and the acid are perfectly balanced.
A superlative fruit, the boysenberries we use are simply picked, cooled and de-seeded before quickly being bottled. All of our Boysenberries are grown in Western Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
Highly recommended over ice cream, with vodka or champagne.
Did you know…
Boysenberries were the major caneberry grown until around 1890? Everyone grew this berry for jam and other household staples. Because of its ubiquity, nearly all boysenberries are heirloom varieties—with maximum taste. They are difficult to pick so their popularity waned as other cultivars developed and took over the markets.
