Cherry

This may be the most mysterious flavor of the entire portfolio, with nostalgic flavor associations and expectations at an all time high. Even with all that in play, the surprise of essential cherry taste is welcome and celebrated by cherry enthusiasts.

This subtle yet complex flavor is achieved through the careful blending of Northwest grown tart pie cherries with sweet dark cherry juice. A touch of high-quality vanilla bean adds a buttery note enhancing an inherent cola character.

Superlative when mixed with vodka or wheat beer. Extraordinary with a splash of half & half, cream, or, of course, vanilla or chocolate ice cream.

The flavor of this soda is perfect–a tart, fruity cherry that never once tastes artificial. My only regret is that it didn’t have little bits of cherry in the bottom, although that’s a matter of personal taste.
