Cranberry

Delivering a significant pucker , this flavor has all the bounce and richness of full-on fresh cranberries without the cloying masking sweetness of most cranberry juices (HOTLIPS is 47% single strength cranberry juice, heck the big boys don’t even have half that much in their “Cranberry Juice”).

Originating in the bogs of Southern Oregon, this soda is made exclusively from Stevens and Yellow River varieties, universally prized for their bright flavor profile with hints of citrus and vanilla along with a brilliant, clear color. Grown in Sixes, Oregon at Seaview Farms, these are very high quality, robust berries. With very little handling (never concentrated!), the fruit arrives at our bottling plant in Newberg, OR, is cooked in kettles, blended with NW grown pear juice for sweetening (no corn syrup or other sugar added), lightly carbonated and pasteurized. This soda is light bodied with a serious flavor punch. Absolutely fantastic with cream, mixed in cocktails, or just sipped solo. A perfect accompaniment to meat dishes and strong cheeses.
