Pear

The Pear is sublime. An all-time leader, Pear Soda inspires devotion and poetic proclamations from its many fans. Pear has a delicate, floral, extremely nuanced flavor with profound aroma and a light honey color. The cane sugar for this soda is infused for months with high-quality vanilla bean, enhancing the buttery flavor of the Comice Pear.

These pears are grown in Southwest Oregon, around the Rogue and Umpqua Valleys. They are very serious about pears in that part of Oregon, and grow some of the finest in the world.

Pear Soda is exotic and wonderful over pistachio ice cream. Our chef recommends serving the Pear with hazelnuts, either spiced or toasted but especially candied. Goat cheese is a natural complement. Superlative when mixed with vodka.

  Pear is my absolute favorite. It’s light, bubbly, tastes clean and it’s different than anything else I’ve ever had. I especially like pear and gin, with a cucumber garnish.

  I am not given to hyperbole. I mean it when I say that the pear soda is the best I have ever had - displacing a tie between Apple Slice (from the early 90's,) and DobleLimon (from Chile). I hope you guys stay in business, because this stuff is seriously good.

  I used a bottle of your pear soda in place of other liquid in an angle food cake recipe.....omgosh....I'll never bake again without infusing it with one of your sodas. Makes me wonder about braising savory foods in your product as well. hmmmmm :-)
